Psalms 100.
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness:
Come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God:
It is he that has made us and not we ourselves;
We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and into his counts with praise.

This is a photograph of the art of Elizabeth Orton Jones in her 1943 book, Small Rain. (Her copyright is respected and acknowledged.) In it, chosen Bible verses are delightfully illustrated for children. This old person likes this book too! She is a favored author/artist. My copy is a “discarded” library book. (I wonder what book in the library has replaced it.)
